Waiting game no more!

We have found a place to live! We are so excited. Hans' mom called and said that one of her friends told her of a place that we might be interested in. When I was talking to her about it I got really excited and wanted to see it. I made an appointment for the next day. Hans and I went over there and we fell in love with the house. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a huge yard and a volleyball net that we can use in the summer with our BBQ that we love to have. The lease will be until December of 2010. We will finally be ready to buy a house by then. The people that live there are on a mission in Chile so all their stuff is there, but it is going to be great!
With this house we have to keep up the yard, garden and the house. On some occasions I will have to answer the phones for the travel business that is run out of the basement when the people who work there are out of town on a tour. Our rent is only $90 a month. Of course, while we are living there we will have to do the other things, but we are doing that here where we are living now. They have a riding lawn mower so I am not to sad about that.
Right now there is a lady and her two kids living there and they are buying a house in Idaho. They will be closing on it the end of November- first part of December; so we will move in after they are out. I know, I know what a great time to move. I am sure that everything will work out somehow. This will be our third move in the winter and it will be four when we move again. I will keep you updated, until next time... have a great Halloween.

Waiting game....

Arlee is taking a nap so I thought I would blog a little bit. Since my grandpa passed away we havn't been sure if we are going to be able to keep renting his house. My aunt is going to buy it and they still want to rent it to us, but we aren't sure if we can afford to stay if they make the rent too high.

.....Arlee woke up, but she is letting me type still. Anyway, now Hans is home... It has been a crazy day. SOoooo like I was saying; it has been a huge waiting game and it is getting old. Right now my aunt is still working on the house closing process. I just had the fourth appraiser come to the house today. This time it was the bank's appraiser. I really hope that we can stay here and not have to move before we buy a house when Hans is out of school in about two years. So hopefully we will know by the middle of November. I would really like to know before Thanksgiving, so I can start looking for a place and then I won't decorate for Christmas if we are not going to be here. If any of you know of any good deals in the Salt Lake area, let me know. I better talk to Hans before he is off to work.
